A: If your funeral home has an account with Paxton Media Group, select the publication where you want the obituary or death notice to appear, enter the obituary information, schedule a publishing date, and then enter your credit card information or request billing (if pre-authorized). Q: How much does an obituary cost?
A: Pricing is based on the number of words, with an additional charge for a photo. The price will be displayed in the upper right corner as you enter and edit the obituary text. See the Deadline and Pricing page for more details.
Q: What is included in my obituary order?
A: All orders include placement in the selected paper’s print edition and e-edition on the chosen dates, plus a permanent page on the paper’s website and Legacy.com.

A: No. The digital version is published when the order is processed—either the same day or the next business day if submitted after hours or on a weekend.

A: Yes. You may select multiple days, with a 50% discount applied to the second and subsequent days if chosen at the time of the original order.
Q: Can I save a draft and finish later?
A: Yes. While logged into your account, click “Save Order for Later.” Drafts are saved indefinitely.
